There is no wrong way for you to arrange your cafe, though certain strategic arrangements allow for your chefs and servers to work more efficiently, which results in happier customers and more profits.

Place the chairs and tables where they will be easily accessible to the customers. It will take customers longer to find their seats if the doors are far from the tables, which will result in a slower ordering and serving time and lower the patience for other potential customers.

Arrange the stoves in a straight line against the wall and the serving plates directly behind the chef. As a result, the chef will simply need to turn around to place the food on the serving plate, which cuts serving time and increases efficiency.

Add additional chairs along the walls of your cafe for customers to wait for a vacant table. Keep the waiting chairs as far away from the doors as possible so the customer will have to walk further, increasing the potential of a table opening up. The customer's patience meter, which usually lasts about 10 seconds, will not begin until they sit down.
